Indeed, Holly is only 24 years younger than Wilford, so she's definitely too old for him. If ScarJo is not available, you can always pitch it to LeeLee Sobieski, who is only one year ScarJo's senior.
And if Wilford turns out to be just too cranky, you can cast Barry Corbin, who is six years Wilford's junior, but still not way too old to be of romantic interest to these young women. Right?

Everybody knows WWIII will be between the US & China. So instead of Scarlett, I'd go for Ziyi Zhang, who is already a very proficient dancer & martial artist. That way you can have a kickass final scene of the loving couple escaping the Chinese hitmen who go after them on their Honey Moon.
Well, I'm not trying to show that Brad is any good at this. I think it's funny that he doesn't even consider whether ScarJo has the chops to pull off the accent and dancing necessary to be a convincing Russian flash dancer. But maybe that's just me.
