I downloaded the app and the iPhone's massager is too weak for it to be useful for backs, but for the front, it might work. Would probably want to use protection though so it doesn't smell or get too wet.
On that same note, I noticed that Walmart is selling cock rings now!!! It is a cock ring with a bullet (small vibrator shaped like a bullet) in it! Plus, its only $5 which is a pretty good deal.
